my question is. can i do back to back to back to back?
will it damage my teeth or gums?
will it be just as effective?
is there something about waiting a bit in between use to let the peroxide kick in that helps the whitening process?
is the 14 day process scheduled that way for people who don’t have time (like i do) to sit around with teeth whitening strips in their mouth all day?

Answer by Lexie on the box, it tells you to wear them once daily, but you can wear them twice a day: once in the morning and once at night. Just make sure you brush your teeth before and after you use the strips or else any plaque or tartar on your teeth will cause spots on your teeth that do not get whitened. That can be really embarrassing, so make sure you brush!
